Doggie Day Camp
Doggie day camp is a day full of play, structured activity, interactions with our caring staff, exercise to burn off plenty of that pent-up energy, and lots of love. Day camp provides a space for safe socialization, helps with anxiety issues, and ensures that your dog gets the physical activity he/she needs to thrive.
Our day camp is held in an indoor/outdoor facility equipped with fun obstacles and a rotating supply of toys to keep your pet engaged. Trained camp staff are supervising the group at all times and supplying needed guidance. The indoor space is floored with ¾ inch recycled rubber, making it easy on dogs’ joints when playing. Our outdoor space, complete with pool, is covered in artificial turf with extra rubber infill that makes running and playing soft and bouncy.
During our scheduled nap time, the lights are dimmed, and all our guests have a chance to rest for a bit without missing out on any action. But don’t worry, there are always plenty of beds and quiet corners if your pup needs additional naps during the day.
Meals are not provided at day camp. Please ensure your pet eats before they arrive. Special exceptions can be made for puppies who need to eat multiple times per day.
We accept non-aggressive dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes into day camp.
Please note: Your dog’s first day at day camp is “assessment day,” where our trained staff determine whether your dog is a good fit for camp. Although day camp is a great option for some, it is not the right choice for every dog. Our goal is to ensure that all our campers are happy and safe. To that end, Cedar Bend may need to suspend or expel a camper at any time, at its sole discretion.
